BARREL PROTECT®

EBX BARREL PROTECT is a natural solution that replaces traditional processes using sulfur, ozone, or UV for the protection of empty barrels. Classified as a maintenance product, it can be rinsed before filling, leaving no trace behind. It also offers the option to fill without rinsing, at which point it falls under the oenological product category, though not CODEX-compliant. Certified for organic farming by Ecocert (EU and NOP), it provides reliable protection against the proliferation of bacteria and yeasts, while being easy to use, and free of preservatives or additives.
